All MCC products include comprehensive user manual, technical documentation, context sensitive on-line help, and unlimited long distance telephone and computer support is provided via Internet. Unlimited training for all products and systems is conducted on-site by MCC personnel. All MCC supplied hardware and software components are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for one-year from date of installation. Validation Protocol
The MCC Validation Protocol is a comprehensive documentation package containing all documentation necessary to satisfy user validation requirements. Customer specific validation includes written records of calibration, inspections, standardized operating procedures, system specifications, user requirements, program flow charts, description of variables and algorithms, units conversion factors, bug and enhancement reports, installation qualification, operational qualification, and development history. MCC Validation Protocol is extensive and verifies both hardware and software components.
NIST traceable calibrations and calibration certificates are provided for all transducers purchased from MCC. Recalibration services with calibration certificates are also available for transducers made by other vendors. Qualified engineers will calibrate each transducer on-site or in the MCC calibration lab.
